| Hi guys thinking of getting piecha spoiler lip, side flap, rear diffusor and the quadro exhaust. I asked one of the local body shop which seems reputable enough and they gave me a rough price of 2200 - 3000 AUD (1900 - 2600 USD) for the painting and installation of the body kit. putting in the exhaust would cost more. I guess what i am trying to ask is if that is a normal price or is he trying to rip me off. Since i have never modded my car i have no idea how much i should be paying. ps. I am in Australia |

| I think its slightly expensive, 2,000 usd seems resonable including the installation of the exhausts.

| that is a bit pricy. This should be your breakdown in USD: Paint for front lip and rear diffusor should be about 150-200 each. depending on how good they are. also since you are doing everything at once, it should be much cheaper. Along with the side parts as well. This is because the initial charge for painting 1 part is high because the shop needs to purchase the paint needed, and do all the preping and so on. If they are just spraying 1 or 3 parts at that point it does not matter, and the costs are then pulled from time need to install... which IS not much since the parts fit very well and don't need to be sanded down like the cheap kits out there for other cars Exhaust is a 1 hour job at most. and thus you should be paying about $800-900 max USD and perhaps marked up it should be maybe $1200... |

| Noregret and alroumi are correct...I reently had a piecha rear spoiler painted along with the wheel wide tire flares (MB)...body shop charged $25 for the paint (probably the other extreme of cost) Also had front plate holder punctures in front bumper repaired/painted $100. I would assume also that your whole job should be under $1000 it's just labor really, paint cost is negligable most mix their own. PS Piecha is a good choice..nice looking Lip and great sounding exhaust

| Going directly to Piecha in Germany I have paid 1300 US$ for the front spoiler, rear diffusor and the performance exhausts, painting and installation included. Now you have to add shipment to Australia and the commission of your local dealer: 1800US$ would be for me a maximum price. |
