| Ok, i am a bit freaked out here... Coming back from lunch, music playing from CDC then suddenly the volume falls to mute. Everything else is working properly. So i skip to the next track and nothing... No sound out of the speakers at all I then cranked the volume up, but just as i brought it up, it just started lowering again to mute. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!!! It's as if the auto sound leveling was lowering my volume all the way. Tried it again, then it lowers to mute. Tried the mute button, but it doesn't work as i am already with volume down all the way. Tried powering the system down for a bit (while driving) Nothing. still no volume. Tried the radio, MP3, nothing from any source. Is this an issue with Command? AWG? I know i did nothing in terms of connections with my LCD. Had to park it in the garage and head into the office. Just hope it comes back when i come out later tonight. Now i recall this happening to me once before, but not for this long of a time. Whats going on here??? |

| Right OK when you skipped tracks you used what controls the ones on the wheel or on the HU? All the displays looked OK apart from the lack of sound right?

| When i skipped tracks i think i used the wheel controls. But also tried the Seek buttons on the left of the screen. Yes, everything else seems to be working properly. Displays, menues, everything. No delays in switching sources or any of the controls. |

| OK mate so that means that CAN and MOST are transmitting OK since you used both sets of controls and the menus looked OK if the MOST goes down the HU display goes blanks it cant be that. When you switched sources was there volume on each source for a few seconds of was it silent from the start?

| Once it went silent it stayed silent through each source switched. I initally thought it may be due to overheating (though not so hot outside now) but that doesn't seem to be the case, as it was hotter the other day and nothing was wrong. |

| OK mate, heat normally causes a unit to shutdown and that breaks the MOST network and the whole system powers off so if the HU stayed powered then the network must have been up. It could be the DRO Mic or a sticking volume control knob on the HU i will send you some instructions on checking them via e-mail if thats OK as its in a scanned document and there is a lot to type so it will be quicker

| Sorry i didn't get back with the "potential" error codes. I got out of work really late last night, however i was greeted by a fully working Command. Almost was in a panic before i got to the car... I will try to write down the error codes possibly tonight. |
