Default Lug/Wheel Nut Torque Spec? US ft Lbs?

I'm going to pull and clean the wheels on the SLK55 and didn't know what/if the wheel nuts needed to be to a set torque.

I've always done the "good and tight" on each one and seem to think 60 was in the ballpark but was curious.

Thanks in advance!

Cool, thanks!

I ended up using that dinky brush thing that came with the "Mr. clean" system and shoved it back between the spokes. The results are reasonable for now as I work out getting the car jacked up as my jack sits too high. I need to fab some small 2x6 boards or something to put under the car to clear the jack to pull the wheels.

I need a better RO filter than that kit as it's the only reason I bought it and the water flow is pathetic.

Car looks good after the detailing tho!

I had my 17"s on since my last track day, I keep it on, just in case I'm going to Hasting, Nebraska for another one but it's unlikely now, I can't get anyone to go with me and my cousins are coming that weekend so I put my 19"s back on and torque it with 80 lbs/ft.

What/how do you jack the car ? my floor jack sits too high and I don't want to bust out those caps and use the factory jack.

Just a heavy duty jack I brought from costco, it fits in there perfectly. There are jacking points, look here. http://www.benzworld.org/gallery/sho...985/ppuser/313, I don't have to used the factory jack. Too lazy to take it out and put it back in.
