that's got to be a danger on the road. i would think that at the right time(s) of day, the sun is going to reflect off of it and blind other drivers.

I agree with Scott thats going to play hell with your ability to clearly see the road and at the right times of day the abilities of drivers around you to clearly see the road.

Clearly not a good car to be driving but for the buyers of these things its about image and nobody's going to miss you in that thing.

Its just a more extreme way of customizing your car no different to aftermarket wheels and such like really.

THere were pics like this in the Mercedes Mag about 2/3 years ago, they showed an SL, CL, S and I think an E they were all chromed.

Yes here they are sorry about some of the pics just scanned them. There were 10 cars (whole range) and all for a calender shoot.
