OK we did it ---- top down definitely handles much better --- esp on if it is turned off it will come on in the first corner and stay on ---- no drifting , maybe in dyno-mode ---rear tires just cannot spin faster than the front without esp kicking in --- as far as being a hairy ride it is Speed is relative to distance and time -- a 90 degree turn every 60 feet is something you can't do @ 60 mph. I never used the brake through the course and only full throttle at the start for maybe 1 second trans in S mode up shifted too 2nd but no higher and the only time I tried to down shift there was not enough distance just let the weight and corner friction slow me down but then this was only for a split second then back on the gas ---- never much gas as the car has far to much power for this short course.
The sensation of throwing the car around the course and just being on the verge of losing it for 30 to35 seconds total lap time is very invigorating to say the lest --- road course I'm sure would be fun but this was a blast

also very hard on the car im sure. i bet your tyres have covered an extra 10k now .
im sure that was mighty good fun tho!

Yes the tires had wear marks half way up the side walls -- but the beads held
