shop manual

when i buy a car, truck or motorcycle i always like to buy a shop manual for that particular vehicle. certainly i prefer the manufacturer's manual, but they are not always available. so far i have not been able to find an r171 shop manual. has anybody got one or do you know where to get one?

Merc will publish one like they do for all of the models but not for a while the cars still too new so its all on computer at the moment to keep it at the authorized places only normally once the car ceases production a manual will appear.

What sort of things are you looking for Scott?

nothing specific right now. i like having reference for fluid capacities, bolt torque specs, trouble shooting and basic how to type stuff.
