Default Pics

I tried uploading pics to a thread but it came up "Invalid File" for some reason. Strange as the file format and size were all within specified limits.
Anyway, I managed to upload them to the My Photos section here (that worked fine) so feel free to take a look!

If anyone knows why the upload to thread didn't work, please let me know and I'll post them in here too.

Using the Manage Attachments button below the posting window.

I selected five files to upload (after making sure they were compressed down to manageable size) and hit Upload.

After a couple of mins it came up with a list saying Illegal File next to each one.

Strange?..

Great car! Again, nice color combination and great options. How tough is the interior to keep clean? I've had several cars in the past with the light interior. Although beautiful, I'm sure it's a challenge to keep clean. I also have the AMG five spoke wheels. I like those wheels better than anything I've seen. They're stylish, yet super easy to clean. Window tint looks perfect. Enjoy your beautiful SLK.

Congrats. Looks great. Those are my favorite AMG wheels. Too bad US owners can't select them as a free option.

Yeah they are great, but at the end of the route you will probably get aftermarket one's.

True but I use the OE wheels for the track. I would much rather have 5 spokes than 16 spokes simply due to cleaning. Brake dust is a PIA.

Thanks a lot

In terms of cleaning, I do have concerns. I've had the whole interior treated(leather, carpets and surfaces) so hopefully staining shouldn't be a prob. I may have gone for a darker interior but this one came up on the dealers system as available soon and I didn't want to wait.

The more I drive it, the more I love it!

Beautiful car, I like the caspian blue, the two tone interior is nice, I like the 5 spokes better than the stock 10's. I forgot how how the SLK looks w/o lowering, it'll look better with some lowering springs. I had some pics of those wheels with brabus springs, can't find the pics at the moment.

Hi blindwatchmaker!

Congrats! Very nice new car.
I was sceptical of a bright interior when ordering mine. So I have choosen the simple black in black. But your grey with vavona wood looks great.

@Ynot: Are you looking for something like this:
