Off to the Track

Only last night to tune/Adjust to the

before every knows what it runs,

Will be in Atlanta With both the Drag Radials and the NOS.

I will have to do better than my 12.226 run, it should be a good weekend for racing, lows in the 40's highs in the low 70's

Much better than the 80deg plus when I ran the 12.226

Bill, Hopefully we can run aside each other. I'd love that vantage point. as said before I've not done the strip before, what do you think the chances are of me attaching the camera on the outside?

If you can get that past tech I'd be supprised.

Like Bill said, I'd doubt that'd pass tech. But hey, you never know til you try! Best of luck to both of you - represent for all us SLK'ers!

P.S. just in case Bill doesn't mention this before you both line up

, don't wait for green to hit it - leave as soon as you see the last yellow light up! What worked best for me was "S" mode with ESP off, easing into the throttle til moving then foot to the floor! A big burn out is NOT necessary on regular (non sticky) tires, just roll 'em over a couple times as you move up to stage to clean 'em off. And pump up your front tires to max PSI - helps eliminate rolling resistance. If possible arrive with 1/4 tank or less of fuel and remove any extra weight items you have have ie clean out the trunk! Have fun!

thinking about it I could very easily do a stealth install with the new camera mount.
