the only things i've added to my car have been a garmin portable nav, amg spoiler, and swapped the amber side markers for clear ones.

Great answer. I LOVE silver, specifically Iridium Silver. It's my all time favorite color. Don't care that there are many silver Mercedes out there. It's beautiful, sleek looking, and super easy to maintain. When I got my SLK 55, I wanted FireMist Red, which I got. It's an equally favorite color. Just couldn't have two SLKs the same color. Everyone has their favorites. Iridium Silver and FireMist Red are my TWO favorites.

To be honest.... I bought it like this 2 years ago

I only made the wind breaker. Wanted smoked glass, and they only comes in clear..

The rims are Kerscher mod SR 8,5 + 10 x 17" ( kerscher dot ag)

I wasn't gonna buy a silver one, but when I saw this one with Rieger styling and some extra "omph"........

Bought it on the phone and drove 850km to pick it up

AND silver is sooo much easier to keep nice and shiny
