Hi Hellfire

Have you measured the fuse? Sometimes you can't see they're gone

Otherwise it could be the regulator, motor, bad contact, or as simple as something stuck in the fan.

Here's a link, in german, with piturs, that describe how you can get the fan with regulator out. You start in the foot well on the passenger side on a "normal" car (not the GB version)

Hi.

Same sort of thing happened to me a few weeks ago.

The fan wouldn't work, but occasionally it would spontaneously burst into life for a few seconds before going off again.

Turns out it was the rheostat under the passenger side dash!!

Had it replaced and all is now well.

Incidentally, have recently replaced the battery as the old one was the original and all the funny little electrical anomolies that were manifesting, have all gone! Car even goes better as the ignition system is now working wioth a good stable voltage once more!!

Later.

That happend to me I check the fuse with a test light got power. Then found the ground connector broke which cause a bad contact on the fan.
