How often should i change my transmission fluid and filter???
Are there any after market filters that are better than OEM??

I'm pretty sure the transmission fluid is a permanent fill that doesn't needs change

Talked to the stealer today about changing the tranny filter/fluid. They said its good for the life of the car. But they also said they would change it for $350 LOL. I'm going to do the job myself, anything i need to know before hand?? special tools maybe?? Thanks

$350 for fluid change is not TOO BAD. Just to reset the service light on my BMW the stealer wanted to charge me $136-that jobs takes exactly 14 seconds, I know because ultimately I did it my self with a paperclip-total cost $0.00
