|  First timer - Thrid Brake Light I have been enjoying these posts for 11 months and am trying my first post. I need to ask if anyone knows how to replace my third brake light? I was at the dealership and they told me my third light was out. It was working recently but has now gone out. They said it was a bulb. I tried to disassemble the unit and could not fina a "bulb". I took off the strip under the cover but I don't know what I am looking for. Is there a bulb that feeds this strip or do I have to replace the whole strip? hank you in advance for any advise. I am not great with the computer so I hope my signature shows up. If not, I am CAR FAN. My car is a 1998 Slk 230 - Calipso Green with CD changer, Heated seats, Portable cell phone(no exterior antenna). I love it. Thanks. |
