|  exhaust upgrades hi!!! can any please tell me what the options are for upgrading the exhaust on my 97 230? the primary reason for this is power increase... |

| Hi, and welcome  If you are looking for power, exhaust won't help you much. Search the forum for pulley kit....... I also got a 230K and gained 47hp with a pulley kit, sport intercooler, K&N, and still have the original exhaust  A lot of the German 230K owners often use Supersprint exhaust,but mostly for sound...

| cheers man for that. time to do some research. 3 weeks ago my wife and i flew down to christchurch on the south island to pick up. the drive back involved some cool roads through some of the best vineyards with the mountains to the west. after a gap of 2 years (my last one was in the uk) it is good to be in an slk again. kinda got my wife of 6 months hooked. she drives a hilux 4x4... |
