| I'm sure Gene and Jo are proud of their limited edition OEM Lexan rear windscreen. Gene, it's time for the SmartTop roof module .

| Into the redwoods ![]() I arrived into the redwoods quite late and found a little site by the river within the forrest to setup base. ![]() Then the next day I did a little walking and then packed up to enjoy some of the drives through the giant forrest.

| If you have never had the pleasure of seeing how huge these tree's are take a little look at this one that had fallen by the road side. ![]() As driving along you do seldom see a little outside of the forrest, and the scenery is very cool. ![]() The road was loads of fun although a little holy at times. ![]() The map was right and my nav system was clueless of anything within 50miles. the Pacific was looking very rough and icy cold, but the campground was comfy and had all the essentails. I had a huge fire and a couple of beers and slept to the splash of countless waves.![]()

| The next morning it was raining lightly, I got the SLK boot crammed and headed back down the muddy trail to the 101. I don't remember in the weeks I've been travelling driving in rain much. Snow, Hail and lot's of sun. It rained a lot as I headed north towards Oregon. I didn't really mind it, just really glad I wasn't packing the tent up.

| Brian, the redwoods are indeed beautiful! My wife is from Crescent City. We've spent countless hours up there and in Gasquet as well. That's where her mother lives now. It's always a nice trip to get up into the woods...nature at its finest!!

| Those trees really are something aren't they? I remember seeing a branch that fell off one of the trees and thinking, "That BRANCH is bigger than most of the TREES back home!" And have you seen any of the slugs there? They are huge! |
