Don't know what all do but we have the luggage ( both ) chrome aero fins on hood and side vents plus chrome wheels and the dreaded mud flaps and Jo has the Mercedes travel cup( she says this is the best at keeping drinks cold or hot ). My son bought a Zippo lighter with the Mercedes emblem on it and we have the phone cradle.
All we could afford was my Seiko sportura

I was told by the people that installed the headers that the factory X pipe, on MY07 and newer, was good and that the only other restrictive point in the system was at the muffler intake points, because they are sized down and that changing that would only gain 4-7 hp.
The top module would be good for people who want to put it down from a distance but stock it operates in under 16 seconds and up to MPH.
