Default Will BMW E90 Brembo Brakes fit a SLK 350?

My friend is selling his BMW E90 Brembo brakes,
Front: 6-pot with 355mm disc
Rear: 4-pot with 340mm disc

Thus, I am wondering if it will fit my 2005 SLK 350.
Many thanks in advance.

Thanks DansSLK.
Do you think it will fit if I get some new brake discs then?

forget about using those calipers with the disks you have, and i still doubt it even with matching rotors (that will need to be modified to fit the benz).

You may be able to get custom mounts made up to fit the calipers onto some other rotors from mercedes off of another model, but it's a lot of custom work. You'd be better off upgrading to SLK 55 brakes which would fit (6 pot front, 4 rear).

Make sure the current wheels have enough clearance for the larger calipers.

If you're going to be upgrading the brakes, consider some high performance aftermarket units

To be fair here the only brakes i have used with more stopping power than those fitted to the pre-08 55 before the mini-brakes where added are carbon.

So I'd go along with investing in the larger of the 55 brake set's and saving all the messing about.

Default better pads?

Assuming that you have some problems stopping, why not consider fitting competition brake pads at the same time as having a general service on your brakes?

FWIW, I think the OEM rotors were cast with holes and not drilled...
