Guys, Don't know where to post this thread, so I'll try here... I have a question about that stuff (laser/radar jammers and detectors). I am thinking about buying one of those devices. So, do you have any experience with those laser jammers, or radar detectors? I found "Blinder" and "Escort" on the net as most popular ones...Would you reccommend them, do they actually work (especially the jammers (shifters))? As I understood, there are jammers (shifters) which block the laser guns and radar detectors which only detect radars. Do you know which ones can detect and block those police cars equipped with cameras that folow you on the highways? Thanx

Yes...that's the invisa-detector. Makes you invisible when it detects the police car following you! ROFLOL ![]() Sorry, I just had to do it!!! ![]() ![]() It appears the Valentine-1 is the best detector out there. At $400+ There are a few threads about this. You can do a search and find all kind of information. SLKman

Haha, nice one with the invisa ![]() I don't know if there arte such cars in your country, but here they are normal, civilan cars, but they have those cameras mounted. I don't know if those detectors can detect them... What do you think about jammers? Cause Valentine1 is not a jammer...

I don't know about the legality of such devices in your area and the current availablity, but there detectors that specifically pick up the strength of police band radio repeaters that was installed in one of my cars in the 80s. it worked really well in rural areas, not so well in the city. Also, many PDs use bands that can't be picked up these days. That's about it.
