My dealer has just ordered a new pair of steering wheel with the awesome shift paddles for my SLK. Have installed and man I just love the pair of new paddles....

I played with the paddles in the black series a bit, I was quite impressed how tight and precise they felt. Much better than the conventional buttons. But the plastic still looks a little cheap. I spotted some ali paddles on a BM that look gorgeous. AMG should do some titanium ones.

Do you know what make they where on the BM mate?

Still waiting to get the amg ones fitted but planning some aftermarket ones also

Mikesedan, what's the button near the handbrake lever just aft of the center console control knobs? Is this part of the SLK?
