I doubt there's enough space.

Also it only comes on at full throttle, how often do you put your foot flat to the floor?

Good point. When the fan is switched off, (most of teh time) it will impede airflow.

WOW 1 whole PSI of boost..

I bet just the airflow from just the car moving makes more than that....

its the equivalent of placing a potato in the intake the kind of restriction that looks like it would cause
