No i thought about this but you would need to install a set of relays in the line between the throttle pedal and the ECU.

Very risky if you have a failure.

And if your're not careful your spouse will end up putting your "faster" car into the backend of the garage wall.

hahah for $300... hah let me see if i would like to put those money somewhere else firstt but yea maybe it's not the throttle lag but it's when the down shifting not kicking in fast enough coming out corner or it just shifted up when i wanted to floor

What a difference! Unbelievable! A real good feeling! Now, the SLK is becoming a sportscar.

It's been invented by a Greek.

As I understand the Sprint Booster is effective using the first % of throttle, not if you press the throttle pedal all the way to the floor fast.

In my car with the 5-speed AT I have the 1 second delay before the motor does "full gas". It's very annoying when overtaking. What to do about that?

Forgive the brash American....

Mom taught me that the accelerator "needed to be treated like a lady, gently pushed and adjusted."

I'm gay, I just stomp on the bitch. Never had a problem with getting abrupt acceleration out of the car when I wanted it.

In the 1980's GM increased throttle linkage to do that to make their cars feel faster then they really were. I guess I do not understand why you want to "Cutlass Calais" your SLK when my size 9-EEEE has no problem going from passanger pleasing cruising to rear tread assasination (and some modes between.)

It just seems dicey interfering with the car's systems for something so minor. It's not like getting a flooding rain inside the car because you can't get stopped to get the roof up so you get a roof module.

To each their own, however.
