Super Sprint X Pipe on Order

Not to hijack Ynot Super Sprint Exhaust Thread,

I just wanted to say that I just came back from the Super Sprint dealer over here, I placed an order for the Super Sprint X pipe which replaces my Centre muffler. Since many people on mbworld started to talk about the X pipe and the hype recently increased, I was willing to do a full feature on this product with comparison video's of Stock Exhaustvs Stock with X pipe.

Hopefully the X pipe will be here in 2-3weeks,Stay tuned and to owners of SLK55 that were asking for its cost, Its 864.723 USD.

If I like the sound of the X pipe, I may order the Super Sprint Mufflers
Hopefully which cost 2,767.11 USD By Late May.

I will post a video later on where I compare the sound of the Stock Setup vs Stock with X pipe.

I did this for many reasons, First is that I wanted more sound from the AMG's exhaust felt it was weak compared to my Fabspeed Exhaust fitted Cayenne S, also that there was a hype on mbworld forums about resonator delete, X pipe or aftermakret centre muffler and reputable members like your self wanted a video or someone who is willing to have it installed with reviews and video clips.

Also gerrit, a member with an Silver SLK5 removed his resonators and a video has been posted today with videos of his slk 55 at idle and in action, checkout mb world.

FishTailnZ, no problem my friend you guys deserve the best, This X pipe would really get me involved back in this forum, Like what I used to do when SLKworld opened for the first time this summer.

Here as an image I uploaded to show the members/viewers the X pipe in place.

Pics are from the SLK350 Super Sprint Whole Exhaust system including headers.

The X pipe is between the Mufflers and the Catalytic Converters, I hope this helps explain it.
