Vitual vintage Mercedes-Benz designs

André Schaefer's CWW Car Design site offers a beautiful look at some vintage Mercedes-Benz design mockups. Some are too terrifying to contemplate, but there are some quite attractive vehicles here as well.

This one was a really fast thing, they also made a similar car transporter that was really fast also.

hmm or some of the newer ones seem to be concepts or artist conceptions. I think the slk coupe looks horrible.

If they made an SLK that wasnt covertible, I think it would just look exactly the way it does with the roof up!

The "600 Cabriolet" looks cool...except for those ugly things stuck to the side just forward the rear wheel well.

In the guys computer... Saddly the 600 was never made as a cabriolet...

In Stuttgart the 600 (the real limo) is on the "state" cars floor just in front of Hiro Hito's Mercedes (the one you see in the news reel when he visits Tokyo after the bomming)

I'll have to go back... this time with a decent camera... I have a few pics I've taken but quality isn't there.

Also when you visit the museum, don't forget to have a few hundreds euros ready for the gift shop below... It's heaven ( or hell for your wallet)
