Yes, this is the same state where an individual attempted to pay for a prostitute (under cover cop) with some squirrels he'd shot. After being laughed at and refused, he returned a little while later with a broken down washer and drier in his truck to add to his attempted trade for services. They finally arrested him and it made it into the local police blotter.
