Default SLK got a new (bigger) brother.

It's an 08' 350. Nav, Sirius, back up camera, parktronic, seven seaters, panorama roof, and other goodies.

It's like the Yin to the Slk's Yang.
Quiet, calm, and roomy.

Congratulations on the R-class and enjoy it in the best of health, too bad they discontinued the R63 AMG I'd love to see what I can doe with it from a traffic light to another.

Have you looked into brabus they offer some nice wheels for it.

The black one with tan interior looks great but since this is for business (that's why I need the 7 seater), I went with the smarted silver and black. Much easier to take care of with all those kids going in and out.

I was looking at the GL450 at first but was totally impressed by the space the R has in seatings over the GL. Of course, being about 10k cheaper helps too. Coming from the slk as my main car, the R is so roomy and relaxed.

My slk may get driven less now. But the good thing is when ever I get into it, I'll feel that new rush again.

Does anyone hit their head in the back seat? I think I did when I sat in one at the dealer.
