Default Do you start to post then say forget it?

I often start typing...and then I say to myself..."oh nevermind. someone with more knowlege will answer." or I may think no one cares about my opinion, i'm just an slk230 owner.

What is your reason for not completeing a response to a post????

I made a poll for you to choose from.

have fun!

Pick your reason...your name will not be shown with your pick.

Thank you, probably I was in the thread a bit early as you might still be editing somethings.

Sometimes with new topics, i would be typing out a complete new post then say "ah forget it" because i think its something i can research myself or what seems important at the time isn't really worth asking at all..

When it comes to responses, coming from the BMW stable which over a short period i've learned a lot, i prefer sometimes to just read up a bit more and extend my knowledge so next time someone asks something and no one has yet responded i can give the correct response. Also i'm not that daring yet just post anyways and give a post response a bash without being 100% sure on something

(I'm still trying to read up on what actually happened with Bill T and the dealerships and how the ban came into play...)

I know this is off-topic, but I'm still trying to figure the same thing out... is there a post somewhere? If so, I'm unable to find it..

This part is on-topic: I was going to post a question about the banning of Bill T, but decided not to. Reason will stay undisclosed..

aa) on-topic:
personal week point: all matters tech, therefore most of the times i sit tight, and wait for other members to showcase their experiences (but need to say that, after some months around here, i do feel a bit more confident about my tech knowledge now).

Oh, I wasn't trying to be secretive....just trying to keep things light. I am curious about Bill T's banning, but I cannot locate the reasons he was banned. And how can MB ban someone from owning a MB? What happened to civil rights!?

Default Cuz I'm too new....

I've often started a post and figured I could find the answer with just a bit more searching. Like when I was getting ready to ask what the stationary vents do, and finally found the part in the manual that explains how they operate!

And it seems silly as a new owner of the car to be giving anyone else advice, even if I think I know the answer.
