How about 10-10-10

First 10 days-- submit photo, one per member.
Second 10 days -- voting
Third 10 days -- enjoy the photos, find out who the winner is and his/her theme for the next month, get ready for next month and hunt for locations, etc.

As stated, it is for fun.
