ISP Blocking?

Anyone help me here. I have the worst ISP in my apartment and The last week I have unable to log onto my fotki account or get my email. Is there anyway to find out if there blocking something?

Is your e-mail account with them or a different supplier?

I am not an ISP expert easty mate and i am sure other who are will chime in soon.

Oh and i had a look around your fotki albums when i was last on there very impressed mate!

Thanks for the inof guys. I use the ISP for the SMTP but I just cannot collect from the pop3 and the webmail works fine. Your correct about the fotki thing it is https https://secure.fotki.com/login I can still upload stuff via FTP. But that doesn't give me the account settigns I use. I'll have to phone them, Forki say there are no problems.

This is still on going ;( bit of a knightmare as I have dam loads of photos to upload. The ISP say that because they can browse the web site the Https cannot be blocked. Although I've tried it from my computer and my friends computer on a completely seperate router in the sam apartment and it still doesn't work. yet at work it works fine.

Are you sure it is actually configured properly at home?

easty what set-up have you got at home i take it one ISP supplies the whole building correct?

Easty, you can also try the following Proxy Site. What it does is it allows you to enter a blocked site, and browse through their website. Works great in the office too

If this works, then you are definitly blocked via the ISP
