Monthly Photo - November 2007, Autumn/Fall colors

Let's give this a try and thanks to GregoryGR for his suggestion:

Theme: Autumn/Fall Colors, may be wet or dry

Rules/Guidelines (remember, this is for fun):
1. Each member should have the right to submit ONE (1) photo. Limit one entry/photo per member.
2. Deadline for submissions should be set to the first 7 days of the month.
3. After deadline voting should end ten (10) days after the submission deadline.
4. Limit one (1) vote per member.
5. Use external urls in order to keep this site with least traffic.
6. We should avoid making any post during the contest.
7. Use of Photoshop or other editing software are not allowed.
8. SLK should be in the photo.
9. This month's winner gets to choose/decide on next month's theme.
10. Edit: Photos taken in the last 30 days preferred, refrain from recycling prior photos.

We will need admin's help in setting up the poll for voting after November 7 midnight (EST).

(perhaps use username in the poll ?).

Don't want to violate the "no post during contest" rule, but many of us have no fall/autumn color change to speak of. Me in Arizona and lots of our members in other countries. I suppose my cacti are a little more prickly, but my SLK is staying away from those :-) Oh well, we will just have to be creative I suppose. Pumpkins on the hood maybe???

Thank you Baron7700 for your entry. The R171 looks good even before any mods.

Today is Nov. 8 (in So Cal anyway). We have 8 entries.

May I ask admin to post a poll (in this thread) so people can vote? Suggestion is for 8, based on username and people can vote based on the username's entry. One member, one vote only. Voting ends November 17, 2007.

...wish I would have seen this thread sooner.

Fall here in the Palatinate Forest has been just spectacular with the changing of the colors!

As my wife and I have volksmarched the region, we've seen a myriad of locations that would have totally accented the color of our designo copper.

Oh well...next year...the leaves have been replaced by a light snow fall this morning.

Finally get to use my snow tires...

i just never had a chance to get any pics taken unfortunately.
plus its is hard to get a good day that isn't wet at the minute or seriously overcast.

however your pics r all looking great!!
xmas snow theme should be a real cracker..
