| Sorry have to vert this, I've flown to england probably 12 times while i've been in texas. so thats proabably at least 10K ive spent with them. Since I've been flying cross the atlantic things are just getting worst and worst. I don't mind the security and new procedures which everyone moans, they have little impact on me. I just hate the way they seem to strip every ounce of profit they can regardless of any kind of reputation or passenger health, safety or comfort. an old grudge I have with them is airmiles, they don't credit for cross atlantic so i'm down 60k miles before we start. the latest thing there doing is striping the stuff you can take. I don't care about carry on for long haul as long as I can fit my PSP and some chocolate in a bag I'm happy. But they have always allowed 2X32kg check in. from feb thats down to 1x23kg. there great terminology for this amazing customer benifit is new simpler baggauge policy.. it's sure a lot simpler, why let us take any bags at all? and then if you don't know about this change and i'm sure most people travelling after feb wont they'll charge you 120 quid(200$) per bag extra. For them 10% of the aircraft weight saved(fuel).. quicker loading and or less loaders required. personally I hope the Dirty gits go bankrupt ASAP and make way for Brandson.. Anyhow my bitch is over, I'll go book my seat in between the overweight texans guy and the women with the two babies.

This said, I still prefer BA to any of the other American airlines for seat comfort, service, business lounges (in the UK). In addition BA use terminal 1 and 4 in Heathrow which are much better than terminal 3 and 2 run by other European and American airlines.. a real mess actually MESS LOL ciao P P

| I used to fly all round the world on a very regular basis, and I would try my best to avoid BA flights. BA = Bloody Awful

But the last time we flew BA the service was lousy. We will probably use Singapore via LAX the next time.

| Never gonna happen I'm afraid mate. It's apparant that Airline companies very similar to aircraft production companies started off in the most pioneering industry ever. BAC and BA did some very impressing things between the mid 30's and the 70's. But these companies have gone from being run by the people who love the industry and the product/service to people who love the business of making money. I find it a funny parrallel that concorde was pretty much deemed unique, a dead end evolutionary branch maybe? by the US air authority before it even got into production, for a very similar reason BA and Airbus were in cohoots to put it into the museum. well imuo.

| Yeah i know mate i have family who work at Filton so have been lucky enough to spend some time with Alpha Foxie and she is beautiful not a single bad angle on her i mean she is all drained of fluids and her ground power setup has been pulled so she is as good as dead but still she has that look about her just after a wash that makes you feel something for her not just like looking at an old airframe and equally old engines. Tell you what the nose don't half make a difference to her overall appearance when i saw DG in the hanger it was one ugly duckling. At least with the Vulcan project we will be able to hear that Olympus thunder again hey.

| Don't put that on your car, I've heard they have a bad rep for blowing out.
