Hope he feels the pain, not being harsh but that's the way we should deal with criminals. Unfortunatley if that was done here he would have won a big lawsuit.

Although I agree he should pay the price, I can't say I agree with the tactic.
Perhaps spike strips or something, but WOW.
I think that was closer to public execution than punishment.

I think he said he had a grenade on him and demanded a gram of coke and a fast bike. personally I would have said shooting him once he was clear from people was justified. I think the fact he was on a fast bike and may have had many routes to take away from the bank they just had cars everywhere and just gave the order to take means needed. I read something saying he was in serious condition.

I didn't see this post until today. He probably survived but may have significant injuries: broken bones and organ contussion. This type of people seem to be tough and taxpayers have to foot the medical bill.

I had the exact same thing happen to me but I didn't rob a bank. some lady thought preparing her face was more important than checking the lights said go. Luckily I noticed her and put the bike down to only get a reconstructed knee. One of my friends T-boned a car like that and he's like wolverine now.
