| sorry everyone. fell behind with everything lately. SLK has been in the shop for a roof malfunction, service E, and some other minor things like window control modules... Hope to get back on track. Also, i installed the current kit, bit i think it might be TOO bright. 4 of these wide angle LEDs appear to be too close together for a 4 LED setup per side. The spotlights are really wide and cross over to each other. Looks great, but not as as spotty look as the pictures above. So i have to find narrow beam LEDs and maybe bump it down to 3 now instead of 4. I'll post some pics within a few days.... once this rain in NYC clears up. |

| Hope the roof malfunction is a minor one.

| Hey Eddy, It was actually as major as it gets with the main roof control module going completly dead. I think it may have been on account of my vario roof module sending a voltage spike via CANBUS. I still have to investigate. My dealership quoted $1500 for the Module + labor at around $1800+ but its under warrenty. Thank god!!! I did end up buying another 25k and 2 years extended. now i can see its a good call. warrenty price was $3600 tax included |

| In italy will not be legal. I think, but I'm not sure, you can't have the lights on, while the car is parked either. I'll ask about it. Since I'm interested in this even if I already have the light package. Would be nice to have them under the door too to have more spots while opening. And would be nice to have in the trunk to illuminate from the top border the inner part. |
