I like noon but could do 11am. The only reason is I do a lot of stuff Saturday mornings that I can't do on other days.

BOTH! after the walk through at the new place, they decided to paint and carpet before moving in. they also decided to hire a reputable moving company and not have to worry about breaking all of our backs...
