I was on my way to Swan Island, coming off I5 on Going Str., at the intersection with Interstate Ave. I encountered a clean Black 170. I was in my (very Dirty) Jeep and tried to get the driver attention, but he/she must have thought I was a crazy person. Was anyone here trying to get away from a dirty blue Jeep this afternoon?
