| Hi all, When I got my R171 SLK, I thought that my services would be A & B, then A again, then B again, and so on... However... the car now says that my service C is coming up. So how does it really go? A, B, C.... ? When is my next service A? ~shahedc . p.s. yes, I know, I can just ask the concierge or the dealership, but I'm sitting at home with my laptop, so I thought I would ask here... |

| Look at the service/maintenance booklet that came with the car. For example, Service A on the booklet actually means service no.1 and service no. 3.

| Also worth remembering that "services" are mileage and time dependent - so, for example, you can be "due" a Service B, and "need" a service "A" because of time. This is complicated by fact that four cylinder MB engines have a much simpler "time based" calculation vs the 6's. |
