Bluetooth Adapter

i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get a bluetooth puck/adapter for my S55 AMG......the module currently in the car is set up with a Motorola V60...the part number is B6-7-87-5856...i found it on ebay for 325 w/ free shipping but would like to know if anyone knows where i can get it cheaper ...thanks

Does this mean that the bluetooth can be retrofitted to a car without it?
