Service E

Service E is indicated on instrument cluster, however when I spoke to service adviser and informed him that the vehicle has 17K and that service B was completed at 12 K, I was given conflicting suggestions as to what is actualy going to be serviced, including the possibility brake fluid flush. the vehicle is a 06, SLK 280, does anyone know what service E requires.

If I remember correctly, Service E, is cabin air filter change. No big deal, but the cabin air filter is expensive at about $180.

IIRC, the brake fluid needs to be drained/flushed and changed every 2 years. Coolant is every 3 years.
