slk 230 Kompressor 1999 (im new!)

hey guys! im new on this forum, i just baught a second hand slk 230 Kompressor, and i was wondering how i could change my AUDI 10 CD player to isntall a new ALPINE that i just baught! Do i need to bring it to my garage or can i do it at home? i can't find the "clips" to remove the player! Thanks!!

When I bought an Alpine and put in my 99 the removal tool was packed in the box with the Unit. Check and see if there are two flat things in there that have no obvious use other than that. And IIRC there was a Cross over harness to fit this thing. Was simply matching up color codes to the diagram.
