How do I add in line photos

All my attachements appear as exactly that - an attachment which opens in a new window when clicked on. However, on posts by others I see they have their pics inside the post itself.

How do I do this?

I think if you follow the size limit (396 KB) the image will appear as thumbnails. One can see a larger view by clicking on the image.

Like this???

If so, instead of attaching your pics from your PC, upload to imageshack, photobucket, etc.. and copy and post the url for your pic.

ex.

(img)yourslkpic.jpg(/img) changed the () to [] brackets and it should work.

Let me try:

Thanks a bunch, Ynot. In photobucket, there's an Img address window below your uploaded image/photo. What I did was copy (using CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V).

i tried to start a new thread and attach a photo using these steps and it did not work. when i clicked the manage attachments button, nothing happened. any suggestions?
