Default cigrette lighter

seems like the fuse blew for the cig lighter.....i open the fuse box cover by the driver side.....Instructions say the fuse is inside the engine bay on the left side......I took a look at it and can't find the fuse compartment....can anyone tell me excactly where it is..........sorry the my car is the r171 model....thanks in advance.

On the left side of the vehicle in the engine compartment, a black rectangular box next to the translucent plastic that contains the brake fluid. The black rectangular fuse box is located just lateral (away from the midline) to the brake fluid container. It should have clamps on it also, so you can release the clamps and remove the cover.

Also check Owner's manual, Index, under Fuse, Auxiliary.

If you have the chance, please update your location and let us know if you have a left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive vehicle.
