Hi Zika, Welcome to SLKworld!

You are actually in luck. As i am currently working on a FULL LED conversion for another member ivyyoon.

I have a supplier for resistors, and a supplier for LEDs. The LEDs can be shipped international directly from the seller.
The resistors are sent from a USA based company, however if they do not ship internationally, i can simply forward them to you in Italy and you send me payment via Paypal.

I'll be posting a guide with pictures of Ivyyoon's LED conversion (since mine is already done)

Each LED may or may not require a resistor. Can you let me know exactly which bulbs on your car you want to convert to LED?

Thank you.
Parking Lights = Need 2 Resistors
Licence Plate = Need 2 Resistors
Trunk = Need 1 Resistor
Under-Doors = Do NOT need resistors
Footwell (by feet under dash) = Do NOT need resistors

Please stay in touch, very soon you will see them for sale on our upcoming online store.

Hey Brian, The 1w super -194 wedge bulbs do not fit into the footwells. The footwells use Festoon bulbs (the long ones with metal contacts on each side)

Sorry. Though if you are after upgrading your footwell lights, the guy sells those as well. I think we can work something out to swap them for you. I'm sure we can find another buyer for the 1w -194 bulbs.

Also, waiting on your feedback about the suction mount! Bill T is interested in one, and it would be great if you can start another thread up with a few pics of how you mounted it. Obviously a video would be killer

I am assuming you have 2 bulbs.
They would go into your Dome lights(no resistors needed). That is the easiest and one of the best looking spots.

Also they can be used on Parking lights(need resistors), side markers(Need resistors), under door lights(no resistors)

I would say, go for the Dome lights. They look amazing with the 1w LEDs

Cool, I'm sorry for being a little stupid. I remember reading orginally what they were for. but there are loads of light and I just got confused. Are they easy to install?

Very easy. Make sure dome lights are off. (else they may get really hot to pull the stock bulbs. So turn on your reading lights (ones under the mirror) if your doing this at night.

Just reach behind the clear/smoked lens of the dome light (towards the windshield. You will then feel a little cut out in the middle of the lens on each one of them back there. Just pull down slowly from there. They will unclip on their own.

Pull out the stock bulb. Insert the LED bulb. Turn on the dome lights to test before closing the lens. If the bulb does not light up. Pull it out and turn it 180deg. so that you switch the pins from left to right. Try powering them up again.

LEDs are +/- sensitive. but it will not damage anything if you plug them in wrong. just won't light up.

Close the lens forward part first, then the part towards the windshield last. It should clip in on its own.

My suggestion on the 1W LED is to get 2 pairs instead of one pair. I bought a pair and both light up fine, except the color temp was a tad yellow on one of them, so with 2 pairs you can match the color temp better.

N4PWJ, sorry i have not been able to follow up with you on the LEDs. Just been really tied up last few days.

easty, dan, etyu, thanks for following up. The 4 bulb idea is a good one. Wish i thought of it myself when i was ordering. I think i may have actually blown one of the bulbs out, so i will be ordering another replacement.

Took my car in for service C today. Still have not gotten it back. They ordered me a new drivers mirror due to that shaking of the glass issue i had. Shoul
