Does anyone know if the CLK 63 Black Series has the same plakette on the shift knob? and if it will fit the R171?

It seems like this guy is already looking into something. Here's a response from him. I got my fingers crossed!

"Actually that is funny you posted that. I sent a clay mold of the top of our shifters with my last fabric sample to see if they could make a bubble sticker to go over it with:

I think the CLK BS has that ity bity gear lever.

I like the looks of the shift knob that etyu posted but not the 5.5 fender side badge. I prefer the smooth uncluttered sides of the SLK as it comes from the factory.
