O.Z Ultraleggeras

I've given up on trying to find the right "look" so I'm just going to go with function (lightweight 18.6lbs for 18" version) over form in a wheel I can live with at least in the appearance department. It is available in a couple different hues though, so what do you think goes better with Caspian Blue - bright silver or graphite?

I like the graphite. Hmmm, wonder what those would look like with red.

I've often found myself considering those wheels. The thought of considerably lighter weight sounds pretty good. It would be even better if you can change the center caps to the MB star.

I think either color would work fine but I find myself liking the graphite more. Besides, it will hide the dust better.

I agree with the graphite, I'm considering dark rims with a chrome lip for my Caspian Blue.

Graphite is the colour to go for but I've had my eye's on these for a while and the only thing that is stopping me from getting them is the fact that it only comes in non staggered sizing, will you run spacers for the rear for a staggered setup ?

LOL, more suggestions the merrier dsb! BTW the Ultraleggers also come in bright red, and gold...think I'll pass on those options too though

But hiding brake dust is another great point, matte graphite is what I was leaning towards myself and as it seems thats what most think as well, that's what it'll be!

Don't think I'll need to bother wth spacers Mohammed. Yes the outside edge will sit a little further inboard than the wider stock version, but nothing drastic I'm thinking.

Definitely graphite for darker cars, with the stripes is a no brainer.

No secrets Mohammed *L*...just exhaust, wheels, minor bolton stuff for now. Eventually? I'd like to get the car into the 11's NA in full street trim. FI is popular no doubt with the '55, and there are some great cars out there. But I've always preferred NA stock displacement buildups, no matter what car I've modded, just because that's the way I like 'em.

Were on the same track, after its been Kleemanized I am going to get some semi slick PS2's.

Dang, seems like matte graphite is not available in SLK55 fitment - so I guess it'll be silver after all.
