Hi Mates, can someone help me out here? I'm about to change all my signal lights and reverse lights to LED lights, from what I gather from my search VLEDs' got the ones that can function without a load resister, so all I need now is the bulbs and need your help

Front Turn: ????
Rear Turn: 1156
Reverse Lights: ????

Can someone fill the "????"s

Front Signal Lamps: 3457

Rear Signal Lamps: PY 21W, or 7507, pins at 12/5 (12 o'clock and 5 o'clock position)

Reverse/backup Lamps: P 21W, 1156, or 7506, single filament, single contact at the bottom (as opposed to 2 filaments and 2 contacts for brake lights in most vehicles, R171 uses LEDs for the brake lights), pins at 12/6

Front side marker lamps (found in US spec vehicles), cockpit upper console courtesy lamps, and under-the-door lamps: W 5W (wedge 5W)

Under-the-dash lamps and license plate lamps: C 5W (festoon 5W), 37 mm.

I have StealthAuto 3457 (StealthAuto.com) at the front turn indicator lamps (these are pretty much Sylvania long life lamps that have been silvered/chromed over, the light produced is about 30% less than a comparable uncoated lamp). Price: $30/pair, freaking expensive, although they have a lifetime warranty.

I have ordered Solaris light bulbs/lamps for the rear turn indicator lamps from bimmian.com (E46, as they have the correct pin position and are said to be brighter than regular lamps). These are similar to StealthAuto but cheaper. Price: $25/pair, still Freaking expensive, with the same lifetime warranty.

So the reverse lamps and the reverse blinkers' uses the same bulb? are you sure?

Is there another name for 3457? I can't find it anywhere

3457 and 3157 is the same bulb.

Reverse lamps refer to the ones that light up when you put the gear in reverse and it illuminates the rear area when you go in reverse. (These are generally clear incandescent lamps)

I don't understand what you are referring to in "reverse blinkers". Do you mean the rear turn signal lamps? (These are amber in color).

The two are different lamps. P21W for reverse lamps, and PY 21W for the rear blinkers. The difference is in the positions of the pins.
