Default lighted AMG door still

I saw in a picture of a SLK with the door open and the step plate have a AMG logo on it. It light up to a light blue. Is this aftermarket mod?

Yeah I really like those but dang at the price. MBUSA for just the normal slk one wanted like $750 or something. I think I will pass since I am still a bit bitter about my torn up $425 oem windscreen.
