| thanx fellas.. yeah, ive seen 95% of the BRABUS badge on the left side, but i just wanted to put my own personality on this beauty.. so i decided to just take the "0" away and do what others have done by puttin the brabus on the right side.. actually, THE WHEEL SUPPLY (West Covina, California) were the ones that did this kit.. they really gave me a great discount compared to the price that CEC and BRABUS were offerin.. TWS too wanted to take out the SLK 28 and place the brabus on the left side but again, it came down to my own personality on this car.. hmmm.. i wonder what's next up? |

| Nice one 9MOON. I too echo the opinion of debadging the SLK28. You may want to leave the brabus on the right.

| 9MOON, You played the cards right this time. Your Ex SLK280 is now a Brabus Monster, If I were you I would just stick the Brabus emblem to the left and get rid of the SLK& 28 so that there isnt anything to the right. Congradulations on the cosmetics, I guess were all satisfied now.

| How is the Brabus Mufflers, I hear that they are not loud at Idle but at WOT it Sounds Intoxicating and just right for a Mercedes.

| Sweet looking ride. Very sharp. However, I agree with everyone else on the badging. Get rid of the "SLK28". Put the Brabus badging on whatever side you like.

| Yeah man you need to ditch the SLK28 thing. Maybe just the 28, but it's just sorta tacky to even have a 2 numbered Mercedes unless you have the real AMG version. Plus, who sees anything less than a 55 nowadays? People know it's only 55, 63, and 65 for the newer AMG models. I don't want people to ignore the rest of the beauty and focus too much on laughing at the badge, which isn't fair to you. No offense, but even I would come out with a chuckle if I saw a "SLK28" next to me, no matter how good your car looked. Do a complete de-badge or keep just the Brabus logo. |

| I really like the way it turned out - particularly the wheels. Here are my suggestions: 1. Put BRABUS badge on the left and nothing on the right. 2. BRABUS side badge to match the one by the fog lights. 3. Color match the SL-Type antenna to match the silver of the car. These are nitpicks really and are in the eye of the beholder. Your SLK looks great. |
