Am I the only one that was super annoyed by having to find the super tiny torx head to remove these door jam plates?
Yes, I did it- I went to Home Depot and replaced them with good ol' American standard screws:
#4 x 5/8 in Pan Head Phillips Screws $1.98
I checked the clearance by opening and shutting the door.........no scratches, no rubbing on the chrome door plate.
PS- If the chrome-on-black annoys you, you can always paint the heads black with a magic marker!
(The previous owner had used the wrong tool on the tiny screws and destroyed most of the torx shape)
