| Hi I am looking at 2 sets of rims for my SLK. They are both 18"x8.5" 5x112 offset 35. Given the ciorrect front offset if 37,and rear is 30, will an offset of 35 be bad? The tyres suggested are 225/40/18 all round, or 225/40/18 front and 245/35/18 rear. I would have though 225 are too narrow for 8.5" rims. Photos of rims attached Thanks |

| Hi Jimbo I like the right one. I have 225/45-17 on a 8,5"x17" offset 25 at the front.

| The first set look similar to these found on one of the cars at the Sundern meet in Germany. Just a little powder coating though. 07 061.jpg
