Problems with Right Rear Window 2005 SLK

When I pull up the e-brake and press the button to go convertible, the right rear window does not go down.

I've tried everything I can think of. The left rear window goes down, but the right one does now.

It looks reallyy strange when I'm top down and I have one little triangle window sticking up.

Do I need to take it to the deealership? Or is this a common problem and a easy fix?

I'd take it to the dealer, all of the parts that make it work are in the smallest spaces in the car and are a real PITA to work with

Also, in our car you don't have to pull the parking brake for the top to go down. If you add the smarttop you can also do it while moving.
