Ok, for starters, my ride is a 2002 Fire RED 230 Kompressor with 76K miles. I have been a member of Benzworld (and now SLKworld) for a short time and I love all the great info passed back and forth but there are some things that I guess are taken for granted. Well this Noo-B is not so smart.

1. Where does the Code Reader (I just ordered one) actually connect? I think it was said under the dash somewhere, but I don't see anything to hook up to. Told you I wasn't that bright.

2. So really dumb question..are ya ready? Why cant I find the spark plugs? I found the fuel rail and injectors but for the life of me cannot see where the spark plugs are. Are you guys rolling on the floor with laughter yet?

3. I also have the infamous tranny leak at the 13-pin connection. Stealer wants $900, yes you read that right-$900! So of course I want to do it myself after reading the posts. But where are the best points to put jack stands?

4. I have also been told I have a Cam Shaft Seal leak..has anyone had this before?

ok, um, I think thats it for now, anyways. Thank you all in advance for your help!

As to #3, have your dealer check DTB P-B-27-00-47. $900 is inflated for a connector and o-ring.
