Sqeeking roof

I find that the roof of my 350 SLK is sqeeking - must I half open it and apply some lubricant on the rubbers?

Have the same I went to MB last Saturday they said no lubricant but the roof needs to be ajusted, unfortunatly they had no time to do it.

There is a special lubricant (expensive of course) that MB can apply and would likely stop the squeak.

Yup, my dealer applied it during Service A last summer. Can't say if it worked though, because it didn't squeak before; but then it hasn't since either *L*.

Mine sounds like a Jurassic Park dinosaur when I put the open or close the top, and I haven't even had it 90 days yet.

Bring it to the dealer, it should be under warranty.
